Positive: Outstanding friendliness and support by the staff member attending to our wellbeing; spotlessly clean rooms; great view onto the the japanese garden; much appreciated and often used private indoor and outdoor hot springs bath; very tasty kaizeki ryori dinner and generous japanese breakfast.

Negative: No complaints whatsoever.
