Positive: This is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location. The main train station and the main market are within walking distance which makes the hotel very convenient. The view from the room was wonderful. It is a great place to enjoy the ocean, sit on the beach or relax on the balcony in a warm bath. At check-in, we were welcomed by very friendly staff. They offered us delicious tea and a small sweet. The whole check-in process felt special and different from a normal hotel check-in. It created a very good first impression. I would definitely like to return to this hotel when I have the opportunity in the future.

Negative: First, the internet was very slow. I needed to stay in contact with my clients but the weak internet connection made it difficult to have proper video calls. For a hotel of this level, a stable and fast internet connection is very important. Second, we received a voucher because we decided not to request room cleaning. We were told that we could use this voucher in the hotel restaurant. However, the restaurant was fully booked for many days, so we could not use the voucher at all. This was a small issue, but it was still disappointing. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with a great location, beautiful views and very kind staff. I would be happy to stay here again, but I hope the hotel can improve the internet quality and make the voucher system easier for guests to use.
