Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It was decent for the price and clean. Right next to train station but if you’re planning to go Shibuya area it is about 30 min always two lines.

Negative: No cleaning or trash service. I’ve booked other homes in Japan before where the host would come stop by to do the trash and at least one cleaning in a week and drop off snacks. I don’t like to pay a lot and be expected to clean. Also, there is very little insulation so if you come during winter be prepared to be cold. Only the rooms have heaters but the common room doesn’t.
