Summary: The staff at this hotel was warm and welcoming and the manager, after overhearing a minor issue we reported to the desk clerk, intervened and asked us specific questions in order to address and rectify the issue which we appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and the view from our balcony (attached) was spectacular. I would definitely stay here again.
